I have had Kristen as my personal trainer for well over a year. Let me just say that I have had a lot of various trainers through the years, and Kristen has been one of the Best, hands down! She spends time listening to your fitness goals and then incorporates her vast experience in training and yoga to develop a program that is right for you. Kristen takes into account all aspects such as diet, lifestyle and mind to help her determine the best path to achieve your physical goals. On top of this, she is very personable and enjoys a good conversation with her clients if you’re in the talking mood. I highly recommend Kristen as a personal fitness trainer, the results speak for themselves!!

I love to tell the story of how we met. One day in the elevator this nice women said hi. From there, we started chatting, and it turned out Kristen was a personal trainer at the gym that I just joined. I knew at that moment Kristen was the right trainer to have.
Kristen has been there from day 1 encouraging, motivating, and guiding me. I am happy to report that because of her, I am in the best shape of my life.
I had a spinal fusion in October of 2015. After 4 months of Physical Therapy my surgeon recommended that I join a gym and work out with a trainer. My goals were to strengthen my back, my core and begin to build muscle mass again. Kristen was a perfect match for me and terrific from the beginning. She was sympathetic and shared her own experiences with pain. She started with me slowly by replicating some of the exercises from Physical Therapy to gain the same results. As we progressed she began to challenge my body and my mind in a good way. Kristen continually asks how I feel and if I have pain. She is cautious and caring. I look and feel better. I actually look forward to my training sessions with Kristen. On a scale of 1 to 10 Kristen is a 10.
I’ve found Kristen to be a complete professional in every approach to her craft. She listened to my goals and helped develop a comprehensive plan to reach them at the same time recognizing that adjustments could and would be necessary. During this time Kristen constantly evaluated my performance and measured it to my goals making corrections as necessary. Personally Kristen is a caring individual who is invested in my success and put my achievement at the top of her list. I can highly recommend partnering with her for your health and wellness needs.
I wasn’t sure what to expect met I met Kristen, since I had never used a personal trainer before. What I found, to my delight and benefit, is that she is a professional who takes her job, and her clients, seriously, but with grace and good humor. She’ll push you further than you thought you could go, but never too much. She’ll keep in mind any injuries, and carefully plan out each lesson to build on the one before. She knows how to tailor exercises to your ability level and age, but without “dumbing down”. She’s focused on your success, and knows how to make that happen. It’s been a very good experience and I highly recommend Kristen to anyone considering using a personal trainer to help them reach their goals, whatever those may be.
Kristin has been my trainer for a year now. I am so impressed by her knowledge of the body, especially its musculature, and her creativity in designing exercises that match up perfectly with my strength training needs and workout goals. I am dedicated to healthy aging. With Kristin’s guidance I could see real improvement in my body and strength after just a few sessions. Now I am hooked.
